Product Description

All Materials are set up in a decal way, and won't come with any base texture from the original bases / any aftermarket textures out there.


What you will get:

  • Body Skin Base Colour - Decal Setup (so you can bake it to your pref. Base Main texture)
  • Matcap / Emissive Masks (3-4)
  • Normal Map (kinda bad... but included anyways)
  • Unity File that replicates all the settings as seen in the preview pictures as well as gifs (Matcaps, Emissions Settings, Flipbook, gradient maps, etc.)
  • Use Unity Files if you know what you are doing ( I WONT HELP MATCH YOUR HEADS TO BODY OR HOW TO MAKE IT TOGGLE WITH YOUR MAT SWAPS)

What you WON'T get:

The base Texture that comes with the base. You will need to provide your base texture under the "Main Texture" slot under the Main- Section as shown below:

How To:


Have some basic Unity knowledge, Unity Materials using Poiyomi 8.1 Toon, which can be found on Poi's Github or Server. If the Material is pink, just re-assign it. All Materials are set up in a decal way, and won't come with any base texture from the original bases / any aftermarket textures out there.

  • If you prefer to use the Decal setup, use Multiply. The default setting is Replace with the Shader.

You need to make your customers aware, that the texture can't be used on anything but YOUR model (no personal use allowed, COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENT)


Please bake the Decal to your Base Texture (using Photoshop/GIMP etc -> multiply) (COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENT)

FAQ


Q: When I use your texture, my body is white, I never had this with other textures before - what do I need to do?

A: Set the Decal in Poiyomi to Multiply, default is Replace.


Q: Can I get the texture without any white background?

A: not possible. The way the designs come from AI, I would spend months rendering 500+ textures


Q: There is some weird shadow on my skin and I don't know how to fix it, what can I do?

A: Change the Lightning Settings to Flat or Toon and it should fix it (only experienced it with a sculpted base so far)


Q: Which Poi version did you use?

A: 8.1


Q: My unity keeps crashing when I import your file/s - why?

A: it's a known issue with Unity, called 64 Texture slot crash, in short unity goes like "idk what to do... best to just shut down" and crashes.. just like that one friend we all know.... KEKW. Follow the steps outlined by Poiyomi, and see if it fix your issue. alternatively, lock all other materials, close unity, empty cache as per Poi's guide, open unity, and only work on the body texture. If you are still struggling, DM me and I will send you a reduced version (in terms of textures/settings used, so you can edit the rest)


Q: My Material is Pink, what did I do wrong?

A: Probably nothing, just not every shader is the same, just select the material, and re-select Poiyomi toon, and you're set!


Q: I dragged your material on the Avi, but still doesn't upload with it, nani?

A: This usually happens, if a Toggle in the FX layer exists, that has multiple body materials, copy the material properties of my texture, and paste onto the original body material by the creator.


Q: I have an issue not listed here, what can I do?

A: join my discord server and ping me in the help channel, I will assist you further there
