1- Heavily editing the texture

2- Explicitly stating the character belongs to me with each use

Upload Instructions

PC

1: Import VRCFury

2. Import Jerry's Face Tracking Prefabs

2: Import newest Poiyomi Toon or Pro (9.3.63 or newer)

3: Import Avi, pick the PC version, and upload!

QUEST

Because the avatar is so small, both the PC and Quest versions are in the same project.

1: Upload the PC version first to ensure the parameters sync correctly between platforms.

2: To upload the Quest version, go to File > Build Settings > Android and switch.

3: Copy the PC upload's blueprint ID (VRChat SDK > Control Panel > Content Manager > Copy ID) and paste it into the Pipeline Manager component on the Quest version, then hit "Attach."

Upon purchasing a model, you are confirming that you agree to the following TOS

Restrictions:

• You may NOT reuse any parts of the model (assets, materials, textures, etc.) for personal or commercial use. You need to purchase the individual assets from the original creators.
• You may NOT upload my models publicly.
• You may NOT share packages with anyone who has not also purchased it. This includes price-splitting, sharing the package with friends, or uploading to avatar leaking forums. Any public files will be subject to DMCA.
• You may NOT use my models commercially, e.g. selling the design as part of digital or physical merchandise.
• You may NOT feed my models into A.I. to generate videos or images.
• Because this is a digital good, there will be NO REFUNDS available.
• You may NOT resell or claim my models as your own.
• My models use Payhip's Antileak service, meaning that each Unity Package has its own unique ID. If your package is leaked, regardless of whether you were the one who leaked it or not, you will be banned from purchasing in the future.

Permissions:

• Editing my models is ALLOWED (and encouraged!). If you are commissioning someone to edit a model of mine, they must also own it.
• You CAN use my models for streaming, VTubing, or any other forms of content creation, so long as I am credited by name or a link to my store.
• You are ALLOWED to use my models on platforms outside of VRChat, but only if the licenses of the original asset creators permit it.

Any breach of these Terms of Service will result in you being blacklisted and revoke the license of any products you have purchased!!
