By purchasing or acquiring the Char's Moth product, you agree to the following terms of service. It is assumed that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Permitted Use: Upon purchasing the product, you are allowed to:

• Use this avatar for VTubing.
• Edit this model for personal use only.
• Create public avatars for VRChat (VRC).
• Sell custom texture commissions, as long as the product is legally owned by all relevant parties (including sellers, creators, and customers).
• Sell accessories or garments that you have created for the avatar, provided that all relevant parties possess legal ownership of the product. Under no circumstances should any Char's Moth files or related files be provided.

Prohibited Use: You are not allowed to:

• Resell the avatar.
• Claim credit for the avatar or its creation.
• Sell any of the provided files or any files related to the avatar, including kitbashes, edits, or modifications of the original.
• Share any license keys associated with your purchase of this avatar.
• Use the avatar in any manner that promotes dehumanization, such as but not limited to racism, hate speech, homophobia, or engaging in illegal or inappropriate behavior.

Creator's Rights: As the creator of this product, I reserve the right to:

• Retain credit for the avatar in all contexts in which it is used. However, I am not responsible for any inappropriate or illegal uses of the avatar.
• Use the avatar for advertising, games, media, or any other form of content.
• Terminate any permissions, licenses, or agreements related to this product by providing written notice to you and all involved parties. Upon receiving notice, all work, development, sales, or content creation related to the product must cease immediately, and further use of the product is prohibited.
• Take legal or social action against users who violate these terms.
• Acknowledgements and Agreements: By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You must properly credit the artist when posting or using the model.
• You are required to seek permission and clarification from me if you plan to engage in any activities not explicitly covered in these Terms of Service, or if there is uncertainty regarding the permissibility of any action.
• Any permissions, licenses, exceptions, or allowances personally granted to an individual are exclusive to that person and cannot be transferred to others.
• I disclaim responsibility for any misuse of this product and am not liable for any damages, harm, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from its existence or use.
• These terms may be updated or changed.
