Unlimited Avatar Favourites Tool

Every VRChat player knows the feeling of seeing the ?/50 or ?/300 slowly filling up, debating which avatars to remove from your favourites list. Hoping there were unlimited avatar favourites. Now, you can! This uses VRChat’s OSC to allow you to favourite the avatar you are currently wearing, then later on you can change into it again! I would like to emphasise this is NOT A MOD. It completely FOLLOWS VRChat's TOS.

How it works:

It uses OSC to detect when you change avatar, and then allows you to save that avatar's ID locally to your computer through the Favourite Avatars Tool, the Favourite Avatars Tool then allows you to change into the avatar whenever you want in game. It can hold as many avatar saves as you like! This is INLINE WITH VRCHAT TOS.

• Do NOT Resell: The Digital Product may not be resold, licensed, or commercially exploited in any form without express written permission.

2.3. Enjoyment Clause:
While you must adhere to the restrictions above, we encourage you to have fun with our products. As part of the community spirit, “Please DO have fun" Enjoy the creativity and functionality of our Digital Products while respecting these terms.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a Digital Product has been purchased or downloaded as per the "Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013". Please make sure you understand these terms before completing your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property
All Digital Products, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code, are the intellectual property of "Coppsu"/"cup0tea.online" or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except for the limited license to use the Digital Product in accordance with these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Digital Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Digital Products will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error-free. If an error should arise, please report it and it will be fixed. Although, you may have the right to refund if the fault cannot be resolved as per the "Consumer Rights Act 2015"

5.2. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall "Coppsu"/"cup0tea.online" be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Digital Products.

6. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Digital Products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. E-mails will be sent out during the event of a TOS change to anyone who has E-Mails on from "Coppsu"/"cup0tea.online".

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the exclusive juristiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
