Gilded Guardian VRChat avatar base

Under the shade of old temples, guarding the remnants of ancient times... A magical beast of golden scales and eyes of flames awaits !

This is the Gilded Guardian ! My second base, and first base to feature a more anthropomorphic body type ! They may remind you of gold dragons, from which they are inspired from !

What is included :

• A cross-platform avatar ! 21k triangles for the base avatar with no accessories, ranks good on pc and have a lighter version compatible with android/quest.
• A fully set up unitypackage, with a scene and avatars ready to upload right away !
• The avatar's Blender files for both its PC and Quest counterparts.
• Substance and .psd files comes set with masks and a texture to overlay on your basecolor for extra crispy scale details.

Important notes !

• This avatar uses the poiyomi shader ! In order for everything to work smoothly, import poiyomi before importing the Gilded Guardian unitypackage ! poiyomi is a free shader, you can find it here (link)
• While ive done my best to make the Gilded Guardian's customization as easy as i could, basics on how to use Unity and the VRChat SDK are required in order to upload the avatar, along with basics with Blender, Substance and /or Photoshop for further customization of the avatar.
• Blender version used is 3.3.1
• Substance 3D Painter version used is 8.3.1
• There is currently a bug on the avatar where the chest may break on fbt users, however toggling the chest option on and off fixes the issue. This bug shall be fixed as soon as possible.
• I recommend trying out the base before purchasing ! you can find the public avatar here ! (note that the trial avatar ranks medium due to the somna outfit !)

Terms of Service :

• The Gilded Guardian avatar may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit, written permission from Drakanecia. This includes the promotion of paid services, merchandise created using the assets from the original package and paid media that utilizes the assets of the original package.
• Using the Gilded Guardian as a streaming avatar, a personal or public avatar on a social platform such as VRChat, or in personal non-profit projects, is allowed.
• You may modify the avatar as much as you like.
• You may not use the Gilded Guardian to create hateful or otherwise harmful content.
• The Gilded Guardian may not be used for anything involving generative AI, cryptocurrency, NFTS or any technology relating to blockchains.
• Retexture/model edit commissions are allowed as long as both the client and the artist have both bought the model from one of the official pages.
• You may not distribute the Gilded Guardian's files with others who have not bought the Gilded Guardian themselves.
• You may create content (accessories, materials, clothes, etc) for the Gilded Guardian and sell it, as long as none of the parts of the Gilded Guardian itself are included, however if you have a way to make sure that the buyer does possess the Gilded Guardian already and with explicit permission from Drakanecia only, then it is permitted.
• If you sell content made for the Gilded Guardian, a link back to at least one of the official pages should be present somewhere on your product.
