Install VRC FURY and Poiyomi Toon 8.1+
Install the unity package
Drag and drop vrc fury prefab onto the base of your Avatar. Position it to your liking.
Keep the prefab enabled.
Upload and you are DONE

Without VRC Fury, you need to make your own toggles. Merge the VRC parameter, Menu and FX in the eye cover folder with your avatar.
