📄Delivery Method

✅ You can edit, retexture, or modify the files to suit your style, as long as they are kept for private use.

• 2. Use in Commissions (Orders)

The product may be used in custom projects only if the following conditions are met:

• Both the client and the artist (commissioner) must have legally purchased the product.
• Sharing files, even with a client or collaborator, is prohibited unless they have been individually licensed.

• 3. Modifications and Adaptations

You can modify the files to suit your needs, under the following rules:

• You are permitted to change the shape, colors, materials, or integrate the accessory into other personal models.
• You are permitted to adapt the accessory to avatars not created by Gigash, as long as it is not publicly distributed.
• You are permitted to use the materials in engines such as Unity or Blender, or others, for personal purposes.

🚫 Modified versions also may not be sold, shared, or uploaded as part of another package.

• 4. Limited Commercial Use

This product permits very limited commercial use, only under these circumstances:

• You are permitted to use it as part of your public presence as a content creator (VTuber, streamer, etc.).
• You are permitted to display the accessory on your avatar in monetized content (streams, videos, presentations, etc.).
• You are not permitted to include it in:

  • Commercial assets.
  • Downloadable packs.

❌Prohibited Use

Any use outside the limits described in the "Usage and Permissions" section is considered a direct violation of the license for this digital product. The following are strictly prohibited actions:

• 1. Unauthorized redistribution

It is strictly prohibited to share, distribute or make available the files of this product in any form:

• Upload files to platforms such as Google Drive, MediaFire, Dropbox, MEGA, etc.
• Share on Discord servers, forums, social media, private chats, or closed groups
• Share as part of a Unity file, a Blender project, or .zip, .rar, .unitypackage, etc.
• Publish modified or merged versions of the widget

⚠️This applies whether it is done for free or if access is charged.

• 2. Resale or commercial misuse

Reselling the product in any form or integrating it into other products for sale is prohibited, including:

• Selling avatars with the accessory included, even if modified or integrated
• Selling presets, avatar kits, builds, or bundles that include this product (in whole or in part)

❌ Modifying the accessory does not make that content yours or give you the right to sell it.

• 3. Transfer of the license

• Public, cloneable, or freely accessible within VRChat or any other social platform
• Distributed via Unity/VRM files with no download restrictions
• Can be easily copied by other users

• 7. Automation, AI, and unauthorized extraction
