Ownership and Copyright: All 3D models created by Matt are the exclusive property of Matt, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the models for their intended purposes, but do not acquire ownership rights. License Agreement: Clients agree to adhere to the terms of the license agreement provided with each 3D model. Unauthorized use, distribution, of the models is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Payment and Fees: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by Matt. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Delivery and Revisions: Matt will deliver the final 3D models to the client upon completion of the project. Reasonable revisions will be accommodated within the scope of the project, as outlined in the project proposal or contract. Confidentiality: Matt agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any confidential information about Matt's business practices or techniques. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Matt harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the 3D models provided by Matt.
