Audiolink butterflies – Personal Use License Agreement

By purchasing or downloading this product (the “Audiolink butterflies”), you (“the User”) agree to the terms of this license set by the creator (“Nyantzi”).
1. Permitted Uses
-----------------
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the Audiolink butterflies for personal projects.
You may:
- Modify the outfit for personal use (e.g., in VRChat).
- Upload the avatar to VRChat for your personal account, or for a private commission, provided the commissioner owns a valid license.
- Create textures, outfits, and accessories for private or commissioned use.
- Showcase your customized version in media (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Twitter), provided proper credit is given.
- Upload the avatar made with outfit as a public avatar in VRChat or any other platform.
2. Prohibited Uses
------------------
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Outfit Base files — original or modified — in any form.
- Include the outfit in asset packs, or bundles (free or paid).
- Use the Outfit for any commercial product, game, or app without a separate commercial license.
- Claim authorship or ownership of the original asset or its components.
3. Commission Policy
--------------------
You may use this asset in paid commissions only if BOTH:
1. The commissioner owns a separate license for the Avatar Base.
2. The final avatar is delivered privately and does NOT include source files of the base.
4. Attribution
--------------
- Credit to Nyantzi as the original creator is appreciated when showcasing the model publicly.
- Tagging is encouraged when posting on social platforms.
5. License Termination
----------------------
- This license will be automatically terminated if you violate any of the terms.
- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the outfit and delete all copies in your possession.
- Enforcement may include DMCA takedowns and legal action.
