Simply Import into the Arthropleura project and open the new Arthropleura-Nightshade Unity scene.
You are allowed to modify the model, but not to re-sell/Share/Distribute the modified or base model (except texture changes and additional accessories that are not included in the Package).
Also do not make a public version of the model in VRChat.
