This is my first ever 3d model of this sort of thing so any feedback at all is appreciated! I put this on my auxwave and it managed to be still medium rank! i tried to optimise it as best as i could!

Personally, I use this lanyard: https://morghus.gumroad.com/l/vrchatlanyard for the digivice, but you can put it anywhere on the avi! just drag it into the avi's armature to where you wanna have it and resize it to fit ^^
