Jinxxy hasa GenAI spam problem and desperately needs a GenAI policy. The entire new on jinxxy section right now is just spam

The Jinxxy staff on Discord reacted quickly and were fast at removing the problem accounts. i'm still going to say there needs to be a GenAI policy though.
