Altera was born on a stormy night, her arrival heralded by a celestial event that lit the sky in hues of violet and azure. Raised in the village of Thundersong—a place nestled amidst mountains where clouds often danced with lightning—she quickly became known as the "Cloud Bird." Altera possessed an unearthly connection to the skies. As a child, she would wander into the snowy peaks, gazing up at wisps of cloud gliding overhead or mimicking their shapes with her arms spread wide like wings. Legends passed down spoke of ancestors who could communicate with birds and manipulate the weather; perhaps it was this heritage that tethered Altera so closely to nature's whims.
