The year is 4025, and one of the Japanese colonies on a certain planet is the JP00:HKD Colony.
Pulluwe and Power Udon once lived as members of a huge vigilante group called the "Guardies."
The HKD Colony is at odds with the evil organization "LDP (Liberal Dominant Pain)" that refuses their unreasonable demands.
The Guardians fight against attacks every day, including attacks by militants and saboteurs.
