Has Poiyomi materials but they can be swapped out for other materials of your choosing.
(The Difference between Unity(+Blender) and the RBXM version are that the RBXM version is for Roblox and is a Studio File)
On purchasing you can do whatever you want with the model except, reselling, putting on sites like VRModels or Ripperstore and/or freely posting them in community sites/servers/applications in or like Discord.
These models don't cost much and the extra money given to me is helpful. If you like the model but cannot purchase the model you can still download the RBXM version and do whatever you want with it.
