By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my models or assets, you agree to the following legally binding terms.

Distribution & Ownership

Redistribution of my models/assets in any form is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to: leaking, sharing, uploading, reselling, trading, or claiming authorship.

All rights remain with the original creator. You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the files.

Bundle Licenses

If you purchase a bundle for yourself and a partner/friend, each person is entitled to use one model only.

You may not both use all models included in the bundle.

Editing & Credit

End users are permitted to freely edit the final product for personal use.

However, head or body swapping to or from another avatar is strictly prohibited.

Regardless of modifications, credit to @siilyboo must always remain intact.

Heavily edited or customized models must still acknowledge me as the original creator.

Assets & Extraction

Extracting, reusing, or repurposing any assets from my models without purchasing them from their original source (creator’s Nitro/Store) is strictly forbidden.

Many assets are private and custom-made. Unauthorized use will be treated as theft.

Social Media & Attribution

When showcasing my models on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), visible credit to @siilyboo is required.

Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be provided under any circumstances.

For digital content delivered immediately after purchase (e.g. downloads), the law allows the seller to require the consumer’s express consent to start delivery immediately, and that the consumer acknowledge that by doing so they lose the right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive any right to dispute or reverse the transaction once files have been delivered.

Violations & Consequences

Any breach of these terms will result in immediate revocation of usage rights.

Unauthorized distribution, resale, or asset theft will be met with:

DMCA takedown notices against any platform hosting the content.

Blacklist from future purchases.

Potential legal action for copyright infringement.
