- FAQ -

✅ Is this avatar Quest/ Mobile compatible?

• Yes but it's not "Quest/ Mobile friendly". It has a safety rating of poor at best and very poor with any mesh additions such as clothing.

👚 What about the clothing? Are there any?

• Yep, and I plan to make a lot more when I can! Though, they may not be be Quest/ Mobile compatible given the hardware limitations of the standalone version of VRChat.

✨ Is it VTubing ready?

• Not yet. I'm working on making the VTubing avatar creation process simpler. Already reaching some good progress but can not make it my main focus for a while.

✨ Will there be support for Chillout-VR and Resonite?

• Likely not, unless there's demand for a port for either. With that being said, I still eventually want to learn how to make advanced avatars in Chillout-VR and Resonite.

📖 Can I study this base and use parts for myself?

• Yea! If ya want to study how I did something (including the add-ons I made), you're free to explore around! Just know that they might not have used the most optimal solutions to work (the code specifically). Just don't go selling the individual parts (See Terms & Conditions).

🔧 I don't want to use the avatar helper/ I want to do things myself! Can I remove it?

• Yes but after some extra edits! While this avatar was made with beginners in mind, you can delete the helper entirely and manually link stuff together if you know what you're doing! However, you still need to include both Poiyomi and VRCFury into your Unity project, even if you don't use them as some scripts reference them. Each FX controller uses .anim files, blend-trees for toggles, and relies on VRCFury components to compress parameters down, auto generate menus, tag them. So you'd have to be very selective on what you add if you do things manually.

💲 Can I get a refund?

• NO... Because this is a digital product, NO REFUNDS will be issued once purchased. You've been given multiple chances to try it out and and see how the avatar works before purchasing.

• Use/ port this avatar on other platforms for yourself.
• Edit and modify the contents of the package for personal use.
• Upload public versions of this avatar under these conditions.
• Share/ sell edits of this avatars as long as both parties have purchased the model and adheres to all other agreements within these terms.
• Share/ sell clothing and accessories you've created for the avatar so long as none of the model and asset files themselves are provided with the accessory (with an exception for the armature).
• Share the Substance Painter and Photoshop files to commission a texture artist to make a custom texture of this avatar for you without them being required to buy the model.
• Publicly upload this avatar on VRChat as long as you keep the credits that are inside the avatar and adhere to all other agreements within these terms.

You are NOT allowed to:

• Claim the avatar as your own work (please provide credit to TeaLBiTZ).
• Remove the credits inside the avatar if you upload a public version of it.
• Share, resell, or redistribute the files of this base (except for the Substance Painter and Photoshop files to commission a texture artist).
• Utilize my work, brand, or any derivatives to promote hate speech or bigoted ideologies. This includes racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, etc..
• Utilize my work, brand, or any derivatives to promote/ train any Cryptocurrency, Blockchain technologies, NFT, or AI.

The avatar was only tested for the software that it is advertised for. I, TeaLBiTZ, am not responsible for how it performs in other games and clients. I am also not responsible for teaching you how to use specific software such as Unity and Substance Painter. Please look up guides on the basics of each if you're completely new.
