Discord Server - Help and Support

Join Vivis Dimension where you can talk and show off your Auxwave and other avatars.

Help with the Auxwave is available in the server once a purchase has been verified.

The server is Public however you will get an invite link after you purchase!

Important additional Information

The Auxwave does function on Mobile however it is intended for PC usage, thus its performance status will be listed as Very Poor and some features may not work.

Terms of Service

Upon purchase you automatically agree to the following:

Prohibited:

The Auxwave may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to promotion of paid services, merchandising, and paid media using the assets of the package included in the purchase without explicit permission from Vivi. Use for promotion of assets made for the Auxwave is allowed.

Vivi reserves the rights to the model for use in gaming, advertising, and applications, as well as any other commercial uses.

Redistribution of the Auxwave avatar base is prohibited.

Reselling and promoting the Auxwave and its assets is prohibited.

Reselling modified versions of the Auxwave and its assets is prohibited without explicit permission from Vivi.

The Auxwave is not allowed to be used for part of a "new" commercial kit-bashed avatar.

The Auxwave is prohibited to be used for AI generation or AI learning under any circumstances.

Allowed:

The Auxwave model and associated assets may be used for personal use, including as a VTuber avatar, or for personal nonprofit projects.

Texture and asset modification commissions are allowed if both parties own legal copies of the Auxwave Avatar package.

Public avatars are allowed, a link in the description to the store page is greatly appreciated.

Create and sell assets or customized textures for the Auxwave base on Gumroad or other sites as long as the files do not contain any original Auxwave files.

Create renders or videos using the Auxwave model for personal or commission basis as long as the final product is not used for commercial use. Commercial use only allowed at Vivi's discretion with prior contact.

The Auxwave is allowed for pose and anatomical reference for 2d artists.

Due to this being a digital product, I cannot accept any refunds.
