Text Chat Sign

Scenario: You are mute or muted, and a stranger is talking to you in vrc. You reply in text chat, but they say they can't see your text chat unless you're their friend.

This sign provides a solution -- a walkthrough of how to enable text chat for everyone! By default, it is not enabled for everyone, for some reason.

The back of the sign also shows you how to enable text chat notification sounds, so that you don't miss when someone types something even if they are not in your field of view! Many people don't know this is a thing, let's start spreading the awareness, shall we?

It also has a shapekey to shrink or hide the handle--perfect for desktop players, if u just want it floating above your head or in front of you.

This has come in handy for me so many times as someone who prefers to be muted (for multiple various reasons).
