[VRChat] Limb Warmers for RARUH

Hi goobers! Here's a set of comfy sleeves for the funny forklift robot, cus even robots need to keep warm :3

It is recommended to use the VRCFury prefabs to install this addon, however basic prefabs are included for manual installation.
Please read the included README file for guides on adding the cat leg prefabs, as well as attaching the ponytail warmer to Raruh's SPS.
