Upon commissioning me you will be required to pay half upfront, once commission is done the other half will be due before receiving the commission.
If you change your mind after the first payment, it is still non-refundable and your world may still be made with some changes and put on my shop.
At any point I have the right to stop the commission with valuable reason, Incase this situations occurs you will receive a partial refund
(amount is determined by amount of work and progress that has been made)
If chargebacks are done, you forfeit all rights on the commission and I will put your world on my shop.
You will be receiving updates as progress is made, you are allowed to change anything during each stage but once out of that stage you will be charged changes made.
You are required to buy your own assets that you'd like to be put in the world due to licensing
I will not recreate other's work
I am not responsible for lost files. You are expected to back up your own file. Any projects sent over may be deleted at any point as I do not keep your world files
