By purchasing, downloading, or using this Product, you agree to these Terms.

1) What You Receive

You receive one (1) digital copy of the retexture files for personal use.
This purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product on your own avatar for personal use (e.g., VRChat).

2) Ownership & Credits

The Product is licensed, not sold. Seller retains all rights not explicitly granted.
You may not claim the Product as your own work.
Avatar base credit: Dante by Foxipaws (base/creator rights remain with their respective owners).

3) No Redistribution / No Sharing

You may NOT:

Redistribute, reupload, share, leak, or post the files publicly or privately (including “backup” sharing).
Sell, resell, sublicense, trade, rent, or include the Product in any “package,” “bundle,” or “freebie.”
Provide the files to friends, partners, groups, Discord servers, or any third party.

This includes: gifting, “letting someone use it,” sharing via cloud drives, or sending the unitypackage/source files.

4) Gifting Rules (Only Allowed With Proper Gift Checkout)

Gifting is only allowed if:

You purchase the Product as a gift, and
You provide the Gift Recipient Information at checkout (or via the Seller’s required form), and
The recipient is listed as the owner/license holder.

Important:

If you buy as a gift, the license belongs to the recipient, not the buyer.
You (the buyer) do not gain rights to use or keep the files unless you also purchase a personal license for yourself.

5) Requirements: You Must Own the Base & Dependencies

You must legally own the required avatar base (Dante by Foxipaws) and any other dependencies needed to use this Product.
You must follow the base creator’s TOS. If their TOS conflicts with this TOS, the stricter restriction applies.

6) Edits & Personal Modifications

You may make personal, private edits for your own use (color tweaks, minor adjustments), as long as you do not redistribute any edited files.
Commissioning edits: You may hire someone to help you apply edits only if They OWN A LEGAL COPY AS WELL

7) Commercial Use / Content

You may use the retexture in streams, videos, and photos for personal content creation.
You may not sell the retexture itself, sell the files, or use it as a stand-alone commercial asset.

8) Refunds & Chargebacks

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final once files are delivered/downloaded, except where required by law.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in license termination and being banned from future purchases.

9) Violations & Enforcement

If you violate these Terms, your license is immediately terminated.
Seller may issue takedowns (DMCA), deny support, and ban future purchases.

10) Support & Delivery

Support covers basic issues with delivered files and instructions (not full custom Unity setup unless stated).
Keep your proof of purchase. Seller may ask for order details to provide support.

11) Disclaimer

Seller is not responsible for platform updates, VRChat changes, Unity changes, or third-party assets that affect performance.
Product is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.
