this is just something simple i made for mainly the mayu it should work on any avatar

-you need to have vrcfury imported

-you should use poiyomi shading but that is optional

-there is a prefab in the folder just drag and drop it onto your avatars hierarchy and everything should work

This asset also has blend shapes for making the cuffs larger to fit around most clothes (it is already set up in the prefab)
