Drag and drop the prefab as a child of the avatar in the Unity hierarchy, you might have to adjust the scale a bit manually, VRCFury will do the rest.
Optimised for the Winterpaw Canine but works on other avatar types. you might have to adjust the size and location on the head

If you do get the pilot bomber jacket, delete this asset from you hierarchy or you will have it double :)
