It's a pair of shitty 2025 glasses you slap on your face.
Product comes with a standard version, and a VRCFury version (yes really)
VRCFury prefab allows for a drag and drop onto the top layer and adds a controller for toggle on and off.
Model comes with multiple blendshapes to fit multiple types of creatures and head shapes.
