Scary Legal Stuff

What you can do

• Upload the model to your's or someone else's account (Public or private)
• Make cool art and renders with it
• Make commissions with it as long as both parties own the model

What you can not do :

• Use the model in a way that would be considered generally offensive to the public (Nazis, Racism, hate groups)
• Distribute the files to anyone who doesn't own the model this includes parts of it as well.
• Use the model in a way that breaks Vrchat's TOS or another game's TOS

Other TOS Stuff

• Ownership: MycoMushrooms owns the Model and grants users a limited, non-transferable license.
• Usage: The Model is provided "as is," with no warranties. Users are responsible for its proper use.
• Non-Distribution: No distribution without MycoMushrooms' consent. Sharing is allowed for personal, non-commercial use if all parties have legally obtained the Model.
• Termination: License can be revoked for TOS violations, requiring cessation of use.
• Legal: TOS governed by U.S. law; disputes resolved in U.S. courts.
