Both rigged and with their Uvs laid out (dont forget to reorganize if they're going to share the same material as your body!!)
They also have an 'exploded' blend shape for texturing purposes! making your job easy :]
The bear ears have a Piercing Removal blend shape to be turned into a toggle as you please!
