This product is a non-refundable digital item. By purchasing this model you agree to the following:

You may:

• Edit and modify the model however you see fit!
• Use the assets from this product on other avatars (for personal use only!)
• Upload it as a public avatar as long as it's SFW, edited and properly credited with a link back to the Store or Product itself. Please DO NOT upload the original default version
• Do any kind of commissions as long as both parties own the avatar
• Create and sell edits or kitbashes as long as both parties have the ownership of the proper models and the TOS is being followed
• Create and sell assets (accessories/clothing/textures) you created for the avatar as long as the original files are not included in your product and you own the avatar
• Use the avatar for streaming, vtubing, YouTube videos, animations, etc., credits are appreciated!
• Use the avatar in VRChat and set it up for other games such as Beatsaber, NeosVR, Chillout VR, etc.

You may not:

• Use the Product for commercial merchandise, paid services, or paid media without permission
• Take credit for the avatar
• Sell slightly edited basic avatar textures
• Treat the included avatar textures as a character you own. You still may use the avatar as usual, create any media content etc., but even if it's a public texture, ownership of the original designs remains mine
• Resell or redistribute the avatar or any of the downloaded contents, either directly or as part of another package
• Provide the Product to any person who has not legally purchased a license
• Use the Product for illegal activities or content involving harassment, hate speech, violence, or unlawful conduct
