This Model Uses VRCFury and Poiyomi Toon Shader, I recommend Installing them via their respective Repositories if not installed Already:

Assuming all packages are installed correctly everything should be setup for Easy uploading
Facetracking and gogoloco setup by default, if not wanted simply removed the prefab from the scene avatar.
